Where do you ship from?
We are based in Europe, but ship worldwide from different locations, depending on where the products are manufactured.

Where are the products made?
We work directly with family businesses from around the world, which ensure eco-friendly production from sustainably sourced or recycled materials, and treat & pay their workers well.
How can I check my order status?
We will keep you updated through our order confirmation & shipment notifications to let you know about the status. You can always go back to your order confirmation page, linked in your order confirmation email.
You will get an order confirmation email right after successfully purchasing from our store. Once we receive your order, we work quickly to ensure fast handling. Generally, our processing time is 1 business day, depending on our order volume at the time of purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification.

NOTE: If your order is time sensitive, please email us at email@example.com to see if we can accommodate a faster handling and shipping process for you (Please remember, we are a family store, not a giant retailer and also depend on our logistics partners)
My favorite variant is not available - why?
Sometimes we run out of stock for certain items or the inventory is currently on the way to the warehouse. If your favorite variant is shown as not available, just reach out to us and we'll check when we get it back in stock.
Do I have to pay any import duties/taxes?
Please note that there may be import duty or local taxes charged by your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely by country. For any questions you may have regarding this, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
How can I change/cancel my order?
Please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can take care of it.
If your order has been already fulfilled and shipped, please follow the steps required to return an order.
What if my order is incorrect?

Are you plastic-free?
We strive to go plastic-free and work with our suppliers to reach that goal. However, where we cannot avoid it, we make sure our suppliers are using recycled plastic.
